Working in Teams
We believe that Working in Teams is a powerful tool for taking advantage of the diverse knowledge and backgrounds of our consultants. Team members exchange ideas, challenge one another's conclusions, and cross-check judgments in order to discover the ideas that will give the best solutions to the client. To provide the best complement of services on any client engagement, we work together across LatAm office complex locations, as well as with consultants from other McKinsey offices.
Our team collaborates closely with the client and, in most cases, members of the client's organization act as full-time members of our working team. The core engagement team often consists of three to five consultants, though team size obviously depends on the scope and nature of the engagement.
Most of our work is performed on-site at the client's location. This allows our team to learn first-hand about the client and its organizational culture.
