Jared is a core leader in McKinsey’s technology approach, advising organizations to holistically rewire through AI enablement, cloud transformation, data platform enhancement, architecture modernization, and transformation of their end-to-end operating model. In addition, he leads McKinsey’s corporate and investment banking work in Europe, helping CIB firms transform their growth, productivity, capital usage, and overall strategy.
Jared has spent the last 20 years advising C-suite executives on these topics and helping high-performing teams go from good to great. Jared works with banks, asset managers, private equity firms, software and services firms, and the public sector. Examples of his recent work include:
- transforming the front line of a financial institution through AI enablement and operating model enhancements
- implementing a growth strategy for a leading market infrastructure and software firm
- helping a global financial institution transform its technology function leveraging AI.
Outside of McKinsey, Jared is an advisory board member and guest lecturer for the Cambridge Judge Business School, where he holds an MBA with distinction.
