Prabh is a partner in McKinsey’s Vancouver office and leads the McKinsey Center for eCommerce Operations. She works with senior executives across consumer-facing sectors to transform end-to-end supply chains, accelerate profitable growth, and embed operational excellence at scale.

She also brings deep expertise in manufacturing and supply chain, with a strong focus on restaurants, food service, retail, and omnichannel businesses. Prabh’s work spans strategy through implementation, helping organizations translate bold ambitions into measurable impact. Her experience includes:

  • leading large-scale procurement transformations for global restaurant operators, driving structural cost improvements and capability building
  • optimizing indirect spend across food service and retail networks to unlock rapid, sustainable savings
  • redesigning supply chain and fulfillment models for e-commerce and shared-mobility businesses to improve service levels and reduce last-mile costs
  • advancing growth-by-design initiatives, linking product, pricing, and operational levers to strengthen unit economics

In addition to her client work, Prabh shapes McKinsey’s thinking on retail and e-commerce operations, contributing to tools and insights on last-mile optimization, retail automation, and end-to-end supply chain visibility.

Before joining McKinsey, Prabh cofounded a consumer products company and held strategy and operations roles in healthcare and pharmacy. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in pharmacy from the University of British Columbia.
