Robin is a leader in McKinsey’s Global Healthcare Practice and managing partner of the firm’s Tampa office. He works with leading health systems across North America to drive comprehensive provider transformation, enabling step-change improvements in quality, access, patient experience, and financial performance.
Robin is known for leading complex, enterprise-wide transformations that align strategy, operations, and culture. His work spans clinical and operational performance improvement, large-scale change management, growth strategy, clinician engagement, and capability building. He partners closely with CEOs, executive teams, and clinical leaders to redesign care delivery models and build the institutional capabilities required to sustain long-term impact.
In addition to his work across North America, Robin collaborates extensively with McKinsey’s global healthcare teams in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America, helping bring leading practices and cross-regional insights to clients worldwide.
Before joining McKinsey, Robin was a clinical researcher at the Duke Clinical Research Institute, where he focused on advancing innovative care models and strengthening physician adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
