Tommy works with medical technology (medtech) companies to reshape their strategies to create more value for patients, physicians, and shareholders. He co-leads McKinsey’s Medtech Strategy & Corporate Finance work.
Since joining McKinsey in 2015, Tommy has partnered with medtech leaders on topics including corporate strategy and resource allocation, M&A and divestitures, product strategy and growth planning, and market development and commercial launch. Drawn to medtech by its patient impact and scientific innovation, Tommy has experience in cardiovascular, specialty surgery and endoscopy, orthopedics, diabetes, radiology, and critical care.
