Vik is a senior partner in McKinsey’s Chicago office and leads tech and AI work for McKinsey’s Financial Services Practice, where he counsels CEOs and other C-suite executives with an integrative perspective on their businesses. He also leads McKinsey’s global technology and AI strategy, helping to develop new business models for the firm in a changing professional services landscape.

- advising a large financial institution on its three-year cloud migration journey, modernizing technology infrastructure and improving speed to market by 3x

Vik is also a sought-after speaker, participating in industry forums hosted by organizations such as the Federal Reserve System, the Bank Policy Institute, and the Mid-Cap Banking CEO Roundtable, as well as events hosted by leading technology and industry organizations.
Deeply committed to Chicago’s community and economic success, Vik contributes to several local causes and previously served on the board of World Business Chicago (2015 to 2019).
