Ben is a partner in McKinsey’s London office, where he works with leading technology, media, and telecom companies to achieve sustainable growth. He specializes in developing and implementing strategies for building and scaling digital businesses, helping clients navigate the complexities of the digital landscape and unlock new opportunities for value creation.

With a deep understanding of the media and technology sectors, Ben advises clients on a range of topics. Recent examples include:

  • supporting a global software company over multiple years to accelerate growth in EMEA in a sustainable way
  • serving a private equity principal to successfully upgrade several portfolio companies’ go-to-market strategy, including adopting practical AI tooling channel by channel
  • working with a leading European founder and venture capitalist on scaling a software business in a hypergrowth and competitive scenario
  • supporting a global media and sports organization on its overall strategy, including elevating fan experience, improving engagement and moving to a sustainable commercial model.

Outside of his client work, Ben is passionate about supporting the arts. An accomplished violinist, he provides pro bono support to classical music organizations and serves as a trustee of the Continuo Foundation and the Yehudi Menuhin School. Before joining McKinsey, Ben worked in investment banking. He holds a degree in politics, philosophy, and economics from Keble College, University of Oxford, where he was a music scholar.
