  • architecting an end-to-end transformation journey at an iconic apparel retailer to set a course for improved efficiency, gross margin, and growth
  • orchestrating an enterprise-wide transformation effort at a leading logistics company to identify savings opportunities, roadmap initiatives to capture the value, and then execute value capture and reinvestment for growth
