Hassen is a partner in McKinsey’s New York office and a leader in the firm’s Transformation and Private Capital practices. He works with private equity sponsors and industrial companies on commercial and operational transformations, helping organizations accelerate EBITDA growth, expand margins, and strengthen cash flow. His work spans from pre-acquisition diligence through transformation execution.

Hassen focuses on industrial sectors including aerospace, automotive, equipment manufacturing, and process industries. Over the past decade, he has led more than 30 value-creation and diligence engagements.

On select engagements, Hassen serves in interim operating roles alongside management teams, helping translate strategic priorities into measurable operational results.

Prior to McKinsey, he led continuous-improvement initiatives at Faurecia within a just-in-time manufacturing plant. He holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from ENSTA Paris.
