Her expertise spans pricing and margin management, sales and channel strategy, and retail commercial excellence. Katharine partners with senior executives across restaurants, foodservice, beverages, and retail to translate growth ambition into measurable financial performance.

  • leading enterprise-wide pricing and margin management transformations for consumer and retail organizations, improving profitability while strengthening value propositions
  • redesigning sales and channel models to enhance commercial effectiveness and build frontline capabilities
  • supporting digital and analytics (DnA)–enabled procurement and commercial initiatives, including gen AI applications to accelerate insight generation and decision making

Katharine serves clients primarily in the United States, with additional experience serving global brands on expansion strategies. She is known for integrating strategy with hands-on implementation, ensuring organizations build the capabilities required to sustain impact.

Before joining McKinsey, Katharine worked as a lead market analyst at Artnet Worldwide. She holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and an undergraduate degree from New York University.
