Martin leads the global Pharmaceutical Operations joint venture within McKinsey and our work in supply chain management in Europe. Based in Stuttgart, Martin helps his clients develop long-term operational strategies, redesign and improve their supply chains, increase manufacturing productivity in their plants, and address operational issues across the value chain.

Martin also led the development of POBOS, an innovative industry-wide benchmarking service for pharmaceutical-manufacturing productivity.
