Michelle is a leader in McKinsey’s Private Capital and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practices. She partners with private equity investors and portfolio companies, both in diligences and post-investment work, to unlock outsized value through commercial and go-to-market transformations. She has led multiple growth programs for technology and tech-enabled services companies, delivering significant improvements in EBITDA and enterprise value.

Michelle also helps lead McKinsey’s Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice, with deep expertise in pricing. She has shaped fund-level diagnostics and led B2B software and services pricing transformations, with work spanning the full pricing value chain, from setting prices to building the capabilities needed to sustain them.

Before joining McKinsey, Michelle worked in technology as a key account executive and later led marketing strategy and operations.
