Nicolas is an impact partner operating at the intersection of e-commerce and growth marketing. He leads McKinsey’s NeXT Commerce PE initiative, driving large-scale growth transformations across sectors.

Since joining the firm in 2013, Nicolas has focused on serving consumer-facing clients across private equity, consumer tech and media (CTM), consumer health, and banking. He brings deep functional expertise in direct-to-consumer (DTC) models and data-driven digital marketing. He works closely with Build by McKinsey colleagues to design and launch digital products and innovative, scalable solutions for clients.

Recent examples of Nicolas’ client work include:

  • establishing a new adjacent-product business through rapid social selling in consumer tech
  • launching a new consumer wearables product and business in consumer health
  • executing a DTC digital transformation, including site and app experience redesign in consumer electronics
  • driving DTC subscriber growth for an over-the-top (OTT) streaming service in media & entertainment
