Since joining the firm in 2001, Pavlos has worked mainly on growth acceleration and business strategy for leading consumer-packaged-goods (CPG) companies. He serves global CPG leaders headquartered in the United Kingdom and Western Europe as well as regional champions in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where he leads McKinsey’s Consumer Packaged Goods practice.
His work to date has focused on food, beverages, home care, personal care, white appliances, and electronics. Pavlos has helped design and implement large-scale regional and global commercial transformations covering category strategy, revenue growth management, route to market, and digital. He has also supported several companies on business strategy, M&A, and organization design, helping expand each footprint and evolve operating models.
