Sebastian Sjöberg

Sebastian is a senior partner in McKinsey’s Stockholm office. He specializes in serving principal investors through the full ownership cycle, from strategy to sourcing, M&A, due diligence, exit preparations, and IPOs. He has broad experience from different sectors and long experience of serving private equity clients, until recently leading our Private Equity Practice in the Nordics. He also serves financial institutions on strategy and transformative change.
