Hrishika, senior partner at McKinsey’s SoCal office, holds a global leadership role in McKinsey’s digital and analytics work for Public sector and Healthcare clients. A dedicated technologist, she serves her clients by equipping them with inventive approaches and proven methodologies to foster innovation, efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences. With expertise spanning technology transformations such as rapid digitization, human-centered design, AI, Gen AI, analytics, and cloud, Hrishika spearheads groundbreaking initiatives that contribute to shaping the future. Her impactful work in the public and healthcare sectors has notably improved access and service quality for over 150 million people, including economically disadvantaged individuals, racial and ethnic minorities, and other vulnerable populations.

Hrishika has also led impactful technology and data modernization projects in diverse industries, such as consumer, retail, and financial services, across regions including North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. She also serves on the Board of Governors for the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. Fluent in five languages, Hrishika’s personal passions include swimming and traveling.

  • guiding holistic agency transformations for enhanced customer service in governmental sectors such as DMV, Unemployment, and Medicaid
  • launching and scaling a digital platform, providing residents with access to comprehensive health records, including lab results, immunizations, prescriptions, EHRs, etc.
